So the upside of the shopping was that I grabbed all the
ingredients for Nachos… Yep Man-Food-Shopping was good. As Alissa was coming over
for the weekend, much to the excitement of her younger brothers, I thought a Saturday
nite Nacho dinner would be the go… Fantastically easy to cook & fun to eat.
I often cook when I am at home, & I wish the boys ate that well as often
when I cook regularly!
Oh well, such is life!
